In this project, the biggest challenge was combining technical lighting—essential for the cows' well-being—with architectural lighting that highlights the glulam (MLC) structure of the barn.

The lighting operates in three layers: LED strips emphasize the structural portals, spotlights provide the main illumination, and red lamps are used for nighttime tasks.

Red lighting is barely perceived by cows and creates a suitable nighttime environment, allowing staff to work without disturbing the animals during their rest. This approach has a positive impact on milk production.
